Today I am low
Predominant
Is the ebb
Of my soul
The prosaic,
leaden, sapless,
Is in vile display.
How can I find
the strength this day?
How can I care?
And caring
How could I do?

"I know nothing of love" by @Leslie
"In general, you express yourself well, the power seems to come from intimacy with the visions presented. this poem is no different, a strong emotional attack. Pathos flows heavily in this one. Until "just like the wind"…" -

About Me
I was born in America but now reside in the Nederlands for many years. I worked as teacher of young children for many years, and still do, as the spiritual joy I receive from observance of their innocence remains a great and uplifting joy to me.
At one stage in my life I started to write down my thoughts and feeling about things I had read, and this slowly lead me in the direction of poetry. Through my poetry.I often search the universals, which often causes me to come over a difficult in a world where the concrete seems to rule.
