OF ALL THINGS SAID .,....

Of all things said, of all things spoken,
Of all messages delivered from mind's pregnancy,
To caress those cords, forcing sleeping lips to wake,
Of all words birthed, all plans taken,
What must be done must be done, actions bring legacy

Of all things said, of all things believed alive,
Of all promises decorated in the heart's parlour,
Entertaining future harvest, pleasant not pallor,
Of all hopes sustained, all trust maintained,
What must be done must be done, let those words come alive.

Of all things said, of all lessons learnt so fine,
Of all works assigned to do, of all duties required,
Every purpose fulfilled, no one left to sour
The crown patiently awaits the ones who cross the finish line

The poem "Of All Things Said..." explores the power and importance of words, actions, promises, and responsibilities. The repetition of the phrase "Of all things said" at the beginning of each stanza creates a sense of emphasis and establishes a strong structure for the poem. The use of parallelism in the lines "What must be done must be done" further reinforces the idea of taking action and fulfilling one's obligations.

The poem effectively conveys a sense of determination and purpose. The imagery of "mind's pregnancy" and "sleeping lips to wake" suggests the potential and power of words to bring about change. The mention of "promises decorated in the heart's parlour" and "future harvest" adds depth to the theme of responsibility and the importance of keeping one's word.

The final stanza introduces the idea of lessons learned and duties fulfilled, culminating in the image of a patient crown waiting for those who complete their tasks. This imagery adds a sense of completion and achievement to the

I think you gave your poem an interesting title. It drew me in! I enjoyed reading this piece. It sounds like a race of wits and clear mind. my favorite lines are:

Of all things said, of all lessons learnt so fine,
Of all works assigned to do, of all duties required,
Every purpose fulfilled, no one left to sour

but, I would rewrite the last line:

The crown stays patiently, waiting for ones who cross the finish line.

(The crown patiently awaits the one who crosses the finish line.)
