S A L I V A
where this gentle black wind roams
like the ghost of the dark wood moans
come waking my wounded Valentine
come with tear stained velvet dress
and we shall stress
sharps and flats
across the keyboard shadowlair
awake awake pretti Penny
the snow is still falling
the aching sadness calling
caught in the middle
with no place to run
and all the fresh cunning
smiles are sharpened
ready for the first dance
in all the saliva slush
like a heart crush

Dear Esker,
This is absolutely darkly dreamy. The language and imagery are stunning! My favorite lines:
come waking my wounded Valentine
come with tear stained velvet dress
and we shall stress
sharps and flats
across the keyboard shadowlair
always, eddy (& cat)

Years of craft
when people said my old works were crap
etc I just knew intuitively that I could keep writing
In my times I worked for many systems
and with little resources or tools but I didnt
give up I looked at the positive and did a lot
with the little I had...Much like poetry!
If I listened to some of the people along the way
I would have been writing the same thing over
and over and that sure isnt life Or the life of
a poet I find and have read and experienced
One of my gifts to to keep new styles reinventing
a new way of looking at life so I do not get frustrated
nor wish to draw down anyone else around me
Isnt that the worlds way LIke crabs in the bucket
they are always making excuses for their failings
and lack of effort
intuition drives me I have faith not only in God
but in my own abilities I love Neopoet and dont
need to belong to a pay for my ego membership
in some woebegotten dictatorfilled little pond
I rather like the great ocean of creative roam here
One day in the future I would like to get a premium
membership but thats a ways off yet...Some poets
struggle loving their craft more then prestige
sharing more then driving away
caring more then ruling
I am one of them
thats what my parents taught me
thats what the positive poets taught me
here and what God teachs me
Thank You

For sure I'm a creative EGOISTIC poet
for sure, I’m a creative egoistic poet
I have composed over 8000 poems, yes, 8000... during the past two plus years... as I was confined in the snows, not to be forgotten... As you know no two poems of mine... fall in a slab...albeit they might seemingly give off similar perfume .If a poet is understood, then one is no poet at all.
For creativity is not at its verges end
It’s not a cliff
but an echo on a cliff
which sounds
resounds
and
rebounds
but never fades into the realms
of frameless eternity...
We do not yet know
whether eternity has a limit,
if it were so then we will cease to believe
in the existence
of that super power
we call Time
as it would have been caged
This is to my creative imagination
beyond an iota of sense.
Creativity has no limits thus ...
