For those who live life amoral
Who believe not in piety
Whose actions reveal mien feral
Aiming for notoriety
For those who think this world is all
Neither presence of human soul
Nor an afterlife rationale
Not in God’s Role but Being Sole
Regime of black operations
Reacting with impunity
Negating due reparations
Self entitled immunity
This base philosophy won’t last
Leading to increased regression
Leaving victims in wake aghast

an interesting poem, dealing
an interesting poem, dealing with ignoring karma or reaping what you sow. it makes you think about how you view the world, whether there's not bigger consequences for our actions than we suppose. something that leads to "regression" or "egression." you put it on a grander (or more specific or more political) scale when you talk about sovereign nations. where were you going with that?

Thanks for your feedback. In response to your query, governments are composed of individuals and some individuals loom large holding the fate of their citizens in their hands. It is the case in any nation or region that what applies for individuals in terms of morality and due punishment for any transgression does not apply to governments and the people who govern.
