Her First Smile ::: of 1942

Her First Smile ::: of 1942

Memories of mamas
Never fade away
Till we similarly
Pass the same way

My mom smiles at me
Since her very last day
I still keep returning her way

When will time
take my smile away?

Come back mama
For once
And
as we smile
Take me smilingly
your smiles way
miles away,
miles away
yes ,
miles away

I loved this write and especially the year as it was a perfect year when all the best people were born, which has nothing to do with me being born in that year, I was so surprised it took me a couple of years before I talked about it. That your Mother smiles over all those years is wonderful, Take care young Bard, Yours Ian.T

was composed ,some months ago
Surprisingly it remained unread
as a blog...It surfaced of its own on Neopoet's screen
Hence.
Furthermore the poem has nothing to do with my mom
.It was inspired by someones work over here .
Glad you liked it any way.

if you can also tell me
your time of birth
I could perhaps
hold you amazed ,
with the knowledge i have gained
over the years ,
learning all about
the Human Mind.
