there are wafers of dust hope
clinging to the torn nylon pockets
Neon green bottles with milligram
trips

perfume amber sweet and mysterious
noxious serpent that winds and wends
its way about the nocturne night flesh
of your throat

dream constrictor
rush of headlamp hypnotic
tremble when the ash of
the hit settles like the grey
soot on our savaged ruins

footprints in silence
you lead me
turning back
with that brow
fallen

the wet spark
flickering in that
dark soul

the glimmer walk

deeper still
to the madness
where we do
our talk

under briny night
canopy
and satin smoke
mists

luscious and sated

This is very deep am not sure of the correct state it refers to:-

Law

The law speaks of a intervallum Lucidum, where an otherwise incapable of managing legal age in their right mind is temporary and fully competent.
The statements of intent that are made ​​during such moments are quite effective.

This is not the case, if the business unfit under curatorship is. In this case the person is legally competent and in a non intervallum Lucidum.

The proof of guilt for the intervallum lucidum is the party who relies on it.

This is the Law part but think the other where Trauma is involved:-

Trauma

In neurology, the term is used to phase in an epidural hematoma , describe the can wake up after an initial brief loss of consciousness of the patient for a period of up to several hours (free or lucides interval) before increasing secondary depressed consciousness occur.

and Im always on par downtown with the ex psychiatric patients
I know and or knew

the lucid moments when the reality of madness turns to folly

I have high capacity freinds who argue that madness is reality
we put puzzles together in the psych and I knew of engineers
who worked for a famous company who put them together
upside down or picture side down

social t rauma can suddenly galvanize people into the
common conscious state also

like INDEPEDENCE and FREEDOM
one has to ask for both
statements of intent sometimes are not said
but are there within the human pysche waiting
to be "freed" by galvanic stimulus

Poets have this power..... maybe thats why
so many were executed and imprisoned throughout
the ages

agitators of peace at cost
cant paint a peace sign
on a super sabre
unless you are Richard Bach

yet we need to be offensive
as humans
Poetry as propaganda
become hero songs

the start of the days vacation and the night time travel
a freind of mine said that maybe Madness is Reality
and shes really smart.. hangs out with young doctors
to be..one of these days we are going biking on the
trails..im grateful for friends like this coming from my
vantage in life my Myth life here in the city

grew up with a slant on things and a sharpened area
and now on meds to help this so all that i knew is
altered

and then meeting the most smartest hard edged people
with tender hearts

its a strange world
one I love
