THE COSMIC MIRROR

I’ve written my soul in poetry,
let the words fall naturally
like spots of blood on paper
white pristine
metaphor, rhyme and imagery
made the telling glow and sing,
but the poison flowed from streams
of bile spurting dark truths of
pain and fear .
I stood naked to the world
In all my vulnerability,
a mirror image of Humanity,
the reflection of you and me…..

Richard and Joe

In the mirror there was an image,
It flowed with the love of the universe
It eddied and flowed without pause
This it is, as infinity must always be

A stream of love and thought flows on
Binding the eternal flame of all things
Rainbows without rain, scattered light
Dancing thoughts of purity strewn.

Heed not your fears of the unknown
In those thought will come a gentle light.
It will guide you to the ways you always knew
Deep in memory a place that you will call,

As usual your write pulses with the unknown and the thoughts of fear, Why? I say do you fear something you do not know, if you fear someone has told you about what is there.
I ask one more thing my friend, Who gives them the right to let you live in fear, when they have no idea what they are talking about.
Joe, I will wait and see and fear not the jurney I hear it is a short one.
