The wolves are at the door,
demanding more,
what do they need?
should i conceed?
I need time to breathe.

I don't want to hear what they want,
a piece of me knowing I can't.
give what they're asking for,
They always want more.

I want to forget the world,
escape from the cold,
with dignity,
and home spun empathy,
as a life of depravity and desolation unfolds.

Erring fallacy
Many a fatality
Where morality?

Grabbing on to something new,
Flying away,
Just me and you.
They couldn't catch us,
We were never meant to be caught,
Flying forever faster,
than the speed of a passing thought.
Opening page one in the book of our lives,
holding hands hoping that our love will forever thrive.

When being young is all the rage
Nation has reached historic stage
By electing eminent sage
Leader ninety two years of age

Age is sometimes a positive
Youth is not always elixir
With wisdom accumulative
For Prime Minister Mahathir

Just another argument,
Just another day,
Bottle of gin beside me,
Trying to find a better way,
Out of here,
To get things clear.

The lies,
And heartbreak.
What you said,
Was it really meant?
Or was it all just a fake?

A comfortable deception?
But convienent to who?
A miscalculated perception?
But from what point of view?

Time to display concerted might
Two nays suffice to break the deal
No one else seems to know what's right
To most it’s agreed ideal

Unilateralism senseless
Better agree to disagree
Forbearance does not make one less
Same peer treatment will set you free

With diet Vegan
Vigorous and healthy lifespan
Energized atman

As the sun walks up the stairs
The sea looks up with envy
And the sky pale’s just thinking
What if the sun finds his love;

It is earths beauty
that charms,
Even God’s
have a beating heart!

Status quo is unworkable
For fading powers, might is right
To seek out, strike and disable
Errant states, right enforced by might

Dearth of accountability
Global order untenable
Mass killing of morality
Peace progress unsustainable

With borrowers and harrowers
Market robotics systemic
Technology disempowers
Dynastic state rule endemic

Newer powers realignment
Democratic and logical
According power to dissent
Accountable and ethical

I write verse that makes poets think
Prompting reviews nice and adverse
Some might feel that the poems sink
World is better with views diverse

Aim not for popularity
Just striving to be recognized
Not only for integrity
But be truly characterized
