When winds come crushing
When winds blow off at hurricane speed
gals run to the boys
who have blue brown or green eyes
they damn care then
what may be happening
as the crush is seemingly found interesting
but then the wind needs to blow away
and she her crush thing too
heaven knows who was he
real true or like any other you
kiss me says she

Any port...

in a storm? Is that the idea? I think that when there is a calamity, like a hurricane, bad snowstorm or a flood, where people are crowded together, strangers can become lovers easily. Makes for an easily forgotten episode in time of crisis, when people think this might be the last time! ~ Geez.
