Blood and guts have been the stepping stones of our world for thousands of years.
Most times run by religious fiends who live in palaces and have never had to eat cake,( not the sort the poor have to eat )
I hear and see it each day here in the UK.
They say that we are the 6th richest country in the world..
Tell that to the ones that have to go to Food Banks to feed their children.
Even to cut costs for those in power, they wrapped 120 buildings in material that burns, in those buildings live the poorer people.
Bad subject for me it makes me angry..
Any building over three stories high should not be used for people to live in, it was proved back in the sixties that they make people ill, and now we know that they are fire traps, how many people do we murder before they are turned into the only practical use for them, OFFICE Blocks.
If man was meant to live that high off the ground he would have bloody long legs.

the anger that you express myself. I feel sick every time I see a tree in it's prime, cut down to make way for a new building or parking lot. I know that God supposedly said to be fruitful and multiply, but I don't think he meant for us to breed indiscriminately and rape the earth. Nice rant, it felt raw and it is natural. ~ Geezer.

Nor have I omitted to take the time to love and care for others, to be transported by the beauty of our planet, to create art and provoke change for the better.

As soon as you introduce a superstition, religion, even by question, you abrogate personal and racial responsibility. Belief in supernatural beings asks them to fix it when it is up to us and no-one else.

I love your passion, your concern, your despair and relate yet what we need to do is use our brains, work out solutions and take action.

Is not true. This negative, self-defeating belief comes from religion, especially the Ibrahamic religions (Christianity, Islam and Judaism) with their belief in original sin, that humanity is born bad and needs to be saved. It is the most vile, pernicious destructive belief ever perpetrated on humanity. We can be whatever we choose to be.

Humanity has many traits, genetic and environmental. We became a dominant species through co-operation and mutual care. Greed is not a human trait, it is an ideological one engendered by capitalism.

We can care, we can work co-operatively, we can support each other and work collectively to create goodness and save our planet.
