Hidden Room Challenge #18

Beneath the house
A dampened hell
On the brink of madness
My sanity waxes and wanes

Ankle chains that cut my flesh
Ties that bind
My wrists so tight
Soundproof walls, stifling screams

Footsteps on the stairs
Here he comes again
My happy captor
What will it be this time

Solitary confinement increases the risk of torture or ill-treatment going unnoticed and undetected, and it can in itself constitute torture and ill-treatment, in particular where it is prolonged or indefinite.

Staying in close prison cell is like being in a lonely world of darkness! A single foot step within reminds you the torturer is back to continue basking his beats.
I wonder what kind of treatment those were captured by terrorist in Nigeria are facing right now.

A fifty year old woman narrated her ordeal when she was released from her captors. During her live interview, she said, 'I became sex-buffet', all dined on her. 'She said'.

Nice job !

What an awful experience for that poor woman! There are so many different ways people can be imprisoned and none of them bode well for the prisoner. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

the beginning of a poem of rescue! I think that Killer might be interested in rescuing this fair maiden! Hmmmmm...
You made the terror real! ~ Geez.

This must be the place, 'cause there ain't no place like this place anywhere near this place.

I'm sure she would enjoy a rescue, Killer style.
