Let Sleeping Dogs Lie and Lie and Lie

If you lay with dogs
  don't be surprised
when you wake up one day,
  scratching your arse
   with your leg,
    a foot in your mouth

twitching with parvo

Ahhhh...Dogs!

Using my favorite in the animal kingdom to characterize the latest bunch of [people?], to mess with our family. I would have used the simile of "Birds of a feather." LOL. You did however, get your point across, quite succinctly, with brevity, and in language that no one should be able to misconstrue. ~ Love and hugs, ~ Gee

LOL had to laugh Gee but I was aiming for the parvo ending so I thought the dog reference would be less obscure, glad you liked my little effort lol tiny for me really oh and there is no misconstruing this message its LOUD and clear the title and the poem say it all in this case love and hugs JayCee x x x ("Quote:-For every beauty there is an eye somewhere to see it. For every truth there is an ear somewhere to hear it. For every love there is a heart somewhere to receive it.-Ivan Panin")

ou wag you, wagging your tail in our faces

Ann of Norway Oh Jayne you wag you, wagging your tail in our faces and laughing your head off, or a leg perhaps; put sock in it! But I now see that the laugh was an ironic one and that it was rather a serious thought that prompted this poem; I thought of rabies, but this is horrible too, I am sorry about your dog, how horrid of the disease to attack something belonging to you, that makes me furious too. If you are on the other hand getting at 'dogs' then its a good way of doing it !!!! Curse them with a disease! Yours as aye Ann with love.
