of spirit and broken impossibilites

for you, I bleed
as I feel my heart crush,
of a thousand glass shards
one stabbed into a fickle eye

that got your attention
for a Milli second

for them,
I went without air
holding my breath,
as minute tears
started to zigzag
across my lungs

they never noticed
ever

for us,
I rob peter
to pay Paul his due
I sold my sight
I am now blind

but I never miss a step
for love ?

the kind of magic
that has found me,
and even when I looked
as white wash in a lame tide?

I would do the impossible
as I have,

but here I am
a broken impossibility

A lame tide!

Ann of Norway Oh that made my mind run round in circles, a lame tide, did you ever hear of that? And yet with a twist of the imagination we can see its all so clearly, maybe(?), its limpid fallalging (not a word!) sound reaches our ears as the music of the sea and it dawns on us. Even the splash of a sea gulls excrement blinds with its white-wash so well placed in the eyes. Bittersweet feel

JayCee, you've done it again, and have left me with a sadness...not sure how to interpret the last phrase: "But here I am/ a broken impossibility." At first it seemed to be sad, because of the "broken" part, and considering yourself an "impossibility". However, one could also look at it as your being a victorious possibility, since if broken, an impossibility could only be a possibility, and so the word spirit from the title comes in, tying it all in? But then, spirit can also mean something that once was, that doesn't exist, that is illusive, or some would think an "impossibility"...I'm not sure how to interpret it, but enjoyed it. I dont talk about it much here anymore but tonight I am going to break my silence for one comment to you lol ...
