when our loved one's piss us off
that is our soul's probation,
if we cannot open our hearts
to find an affectionate, positive
solution with them
what hope of we with others?
I fought and fought for my applied feminist rights
when really I was skipping classes
passing in ego high school
and bombing at real life university
I should have realized, if i dont want to fuck
i stay single!

As I've said before in another post...I seldom feel qualified to

critique anyone else's work simply because I have no formal training, in poetry or anything else to do with writing. When folks start talking about themes, and meters and such terms I tend to shut up and slink into the background! Hahaha! But I know what I like and I liked this! The honesty (last 6 lines) and the wisdom ( first 6 lines ) jump off the page at the reader!! Great job!!

Another great read but I would say take the 'i' off the last line its really impeading the power of the statement ... stay single ..... has more punch imho wonderful read glad I took time to look at your other works will be round when time and energy permits kind regards love Jayne-Chloe
