Another insightful write from your pen ... I was watching our Prime Minister give a talk at the confrence this morning ... they are trying to draft a proposal but have left 100 parts of it blank lol sounds like they are blowing lots of hot air that will produce lots of very powerful people saying all the right things and again sitting on their asses and doing nothing ... sorry little bit passionate about the climate ... we had 80 fires burning across NSW yesterday and the fire seasons only just beginning ... lvoe and hugs Jayne

I am pleased and impressed that you tackled climate change as a poetic issue. It can be a hard topic. You have made me want to give it a try, or multiple tries (since my first sometimes is provides good padding for the draft file). I like the line. "a new global divide" and others here. I just have to give you five stars, here. This is a brave write and your courage elevates you and your poetry in my eyes. Many people still don't believe, even with the evidence of Mother Nature out of whack right before their eyes. My favorite lines: Like watching a car crash in slow motion when we are the potion the answer the lotion. Blame it on the sun while we freeze or burn and in return nature is slowly rejecting us.
