Autumnal Fall
Beautiful imagery here. I see and feel this.
Trees have their own life, as they wither within unseen.
The end of their life, as old age creeps in.
But the final fall comes,
When they become part of the circle of life again.
As the trees are weathered by the elements of time.
They too will crumble into dust.
Yes, young saplings may laugh in the breeze,
but the young think they are invincible.
Their day will come, when they too,
are the ones who fall into the carpet of Autumn's fall,
The leaves below cushion their final blow.
