Storm

Storm clouds gather
Leaves fall.
Blowing like a blizzard
It becomes so thick.
You have to fight your way through,
the wind in turmoil.
Not knowing which way to blow.
Clouds disappear.
The sun breaks through,
all is still.

Sunbeams stream down from above,
making the leaves translucent.
The smell of the rain,
lingers in the air.
Birds sing a beautiful melody,
this echo's down the mountainside

The smaller animals heard,
but not seen.
They scurry through the undergrowth,
playfully gathering food.

The leaves of May,
In the noonday sun.
Dry - sparkling colours,
all around do I see.

Rain,

after a good down pour, how your outlook changes. I love the rain, the cleaning an refreshing strength of it. Very beautiful piece! To be one with our surroundings. Thanks, Eddie

Storm

Hi Eddie Yes again on the same mountain as my blue butterfly up in the woods. Top of the mountain. Just being one with nature. Just me, walking the woods when the rain came down. So refreshing on my skin. But the storm intensified and the rain changed from a shower to hard rain. Just straight down. As I reached out to touch, sparks flew. My electric storm. Amazing this is the only time i have known this. To be so alive amongst the standing people. The living spirit. Thank you, I hope others may someday share this experience. Electric blue
