Funny Limricks....

There once was a man from Carrall.
He blew endlessly on a wooden bird call.
Till he ran out of breath, and fell to his death.
Now his instrument makes no sound at all.

There was a woman in Bisbee
Who weighed four stone and three. **
Whilst high on smack, she fell down a crack.
Now where could this wee woman be?

I once saw a purple kangaroo.
He was trying to tie his left shoe.
You don't believe me, how can this be?
But the blind man, he saw it too!

There once was a man from Nantucket.
He spilled his worms from his little red bucket.
Scoop them up, he tried, and finally cried.
" I give up!  Fuck it!"


** for our non-UK friends, a stone is approximately 14 pounds.   So the woman in my poem was roughly 46 pounds, 3 ounces.  Her weight, 4 stone, 3 pounds in the UK.
