Unfound

I'm looking for what?

A search that has taken a lifetime
Seemingly to be never satisfied
With what was found

The wanting of that special human contact
Which I thought I found, but did not
It was only the perception of my own mind

Projections of my wants
On another human life, without regards
Of what they needed.

Which leads to the human relationship crash
Created by the unawareness
Of what truly matters.

Me!

with a lol at the end? - i did anyway - sorry if it wasn't intended to be humorous
but as the saying goes .... i am at the centre of my universe, and you yours - what else should matter but me?

one thing
'Which I think I found, but did not' - 'thought' rather than 'think' maybe?

great write - i enjoyed it
love judy

'Each for the joy of the working, and each, in his separate star,
shall draw the Thing as he sees It, for the God of Things as They are.'
(Rudyard Kipling)

You got this right away it is humorous, it is a look at how most people think. It's always about them (ego) then they wonder why the crash happens two ego's can not occupy the same space. it always makes me laugh when I see it happen.
then they old pull and tug of mine, mine, mine. in the end they end up with shit they really didn't want, but rather with shit they will never use. a house without love, but with plenty of useless things. LOL
thank for getting it.
The "think" was because I was in the write. when you mention it I realize that it was the past not the present as I was in when writing it. LMAO!!
thanks for the visit and your comment
