Playful Tangles

It's not very often
when you or me
love to get in a tangle
but there sure is one
a lover's delight
who wish it'd be often

In a maddening rush
driven by a crush
to get as close as can be
they wriggle and wiggle
in frolic and fun, and
get into a jigsaw squeeze

The tangle of their limbs
as tight as the weeds
keeps them from a fall
while they rock and roll
on a Queen sized bed
from one side to the far

They pay no heed
to their creaking limbs
that got them into a limbo
knowing for sure
when the circus is over
they'll crack the code of tango...

so good to know this write brought on a smile...especially after the sentimental mood you seemed to me while reading your poem about the anniversary...i will look forward to your suggestion...i am toying with the idea of changing the title since i am not too happy with "cracking the Tango"..may be i will change it to something funny like "tingling tangles"..lol...

much love..
