IF TOMORROW COMES!
IF TOMORROW COMES!
If tomorrow comes, yes I desire
A trip with nostalgia, much I relish
A past so beautiful, yet dreadful
Combining sweat and sour, I reminisce
Events I submitted to, kudos my weakness
A stir within me cried to be liberated
A cucumber cool resonance, whispered my ears
If tomorrow comes
Your sun will set and shine
Only if tomorrow comes
My hopes anchor lays in rest.
Today’s travails, challenges existence
An existence so drained up, yet willing to stand
The conditions are rash
Rash is the condition
Rugged survival, instinct fuel a dogged resolve
Even with a picture, yet so gloomy
As in a silver lining, I see a boom
This vision, I plant and water
Hope rising, the coast will be clear
If tomorrow comes, our travails will unveil
Indeed the future, roots in a tomorrow
A dream, enabled by faith.
If tomorrow comes, a beggar’s wish is become horse
If tomorrow comes, dreams become a truth
A future reigns, if tomorrow comes.
The color of hope is, if tomorrow comes
If tomorrow comes, I be all I can be
My best is yet preserved, if tomorrow comes
If tomorrow comes, a world becomes better a place
What if tomorrow never comes?
Because he lives, I can face a tomorrow
Of a truth, my redeemer lives
I will not make a thought of it
Yes! It will cater for it self
My tomorrow is come to stay
Truly! Tomorrow will cater for me
If tomorrow comes, as he wills.
