Jig-saw

I take myself apart
at 5 with alcohol and drugs
and put it back at 6 am
with yoga and a run,
I'm not clear on all the pieces
it takes years to recognise the shapes
but decades later when you do
and a pattern becomes apparent
the madness isnt so mad
and i can work with that!
