Red Shoes

Do you know, you look so good in red shoesIn fact, you look good in anything you chooseIn my eyesDo you know, you'd look so good by my sideFinally, my feelings I will no longer hideSurprised? Can I walk you home tonightand I promise youI'll keep my hands in sightUnless you want me toSlip them somewhere they shouldn't beBut only if you ever asked me Have you ever been told how pretty you areI keep sending letters telling you this from afarWell, I tryIt kills me to see them keep bullying youMy aching heart seems to be cracking in twoPlease don't cry Can I walk you home tonightAnd I promise youI'll keep my hands in sightunless you want me toslip them somewhere they shouldn't beNow will you care to ask me

Dear Millage

I started to comment and the damn pc chucked a vanishing act again. Really over it. I love this write and the title. As a young girl blonde and brown skinned, red did not suit me, old and white with many a colored strand of hair, it still does not suit me, lol. My mum, white and Auburn colored hair adored red, suited her though. Any way, I envy this young one in the red shoes you have written so lovingly about. Are you sure you dont have a crush? Well you have written a beautiful poem filled with love and adoration. Wish I could wear red, lol. PS, yes you keep your hands off, lol. Well done. Love Lyz. XX

I don't believe that......

.....for one minute. I bet you look wonderful in whatever you wear. Unfortunately for me (and maybe even her!) , the 'lucky lady' will never, ever know..... I thank you for your lovely words once more. Much love Millage x

Now you make me blush

Thats the only red this girl wears and I think you should let her know. C'mon now, be brave, lol. You cannot write great poetry about someone and not share. What a waste if you dont. Anyway, I think she does know. Love and well wishes Mr romantic. Lol. Lyz. XX

I did actually....

.....Write to her and told her that I thought she was the most beautiful girl to have ever walked this planet (hence the line I keep sending you letters telling you this from afar) But, so sadly for me, we move in completely different circles :-( ! Still I hold on...... Much love Millage x
