Excuse Me Please (I'm needed on the dancefloor!)
Life is calling
loudly now
'Come, lay that down
leave this behind
Live me again'
Life curls a finger
beckoning
with glinted eye
and says,
'You ought to come
and play with me
before I pass you by
Switch that off
Give us a try?'
Life whispers softly too
'I'm yours
and I've been waiting
for you
Seek not your comfort, there
in absent arms
in stranger's charms
but nurture Now
Embrace me Here
Dust off your heart
Come.. Dance?'
loudly now
'Come, lay that down
leave this behind
Live me again'
Life curls a finger
beckoning
with glinted eye
and says,
'You ought to come
and play with me
before I pass you by
Switch that off
Give us a try?'
Life whispers softly too
'I'm yours
and I've been waiting
for you
Seek not your comfort, there
in absent arms
in stranger's charms
but nurture Now
Embrace me Here
Dust off your heart
Come.. Dance?'
