Roses Are Red
roses are red
but colours lie
a world of illusions
can imges die?
can our broken dreams
make the angels cry?
tell me the truth
that i want to believe...
violets are blue
our unspoken truth
if we walk together
my trust in you
our slent vows
and beautiful words
of forbidden thoughts
and moments to pray
our faith in the gods
what can i say...
sugar is sweet
the cruelest taste
our love for freedom
a lustful waste
your love for me
my indifferent affection
our trial of beauty
our race for perfection
and so are you
broken, like me
by the chains of irony
our need to be free
but stop and listen
bcause the spirits have said
that this race is forever
and roses are red...
