He's all ALONE...
You went away for five days, for the holidays…
You went away alone with your "official" boyfriend.
You asked me not to email, SMS
or call you during these five days. The boyfriend would be all over you. No contact at all between us for five days. I knew my place, I accepted it. I would live with it. The five days would pass…
Just five days…
Yet, you were just so wonderful.
Every single day that ever so slowly passed, you managed to find some excuse to call me. Or, you managed to stay alone for a while, just enough time to give me a secret call or send me a secret SMS. You managed to contact me every single day. It was a signal of caring, a signal from you,
it was a hand that reached out to touch me and it was more than enough to pull me through.
No one in my life has cared for me so much; it’s something I know to be. And, so, I want to add a final touch, that I love you so very much!
You went away alone with your "official" boyfriend.
I’m just your secret lover,
someone whom you ever so deeply love.
Our hearts beat together in synch,
our souls are like one,
the magic of eternity unites us
We dream, we hope, we talk about
the splendor of a striking sunset,
the clear, sparkling starlit sky,
the wonder, the beauty and the colors
of the New England autumn trees.
You love me because of my compassion,
my sensitive romantic soul, my caring for you.
Someone, who writes beautiful,
passionate love poems for you.
