The Test

It was a cold morning Heart-beats, echoed in the room. Stomach did a cartwheel and landed with a thump, Legs felt like two logs resting.   I thought to myself: There is more to life, than losing or winning  There is a difference between ‘saying’ and ‘believing’ Life is like a child learning how to walk, With each fall, he can only learn to stand up tall.     During the test, every second seemed eternal I fought every hurdle like a soldier in a battle. Every now and then, my heart sank…. Like gravity pulling a falling man.   At the end, the world stopped spinning And then I heard him singing: ‘Congratulations!’ ‘You will get your driving licence in two weeks’

Amilu, did they give ya a temporary license?

Just wondering as in this state they do and ya can drive immediatly. Just wondering about over there. Licence? I believe it is license 8) I felt the rhyme fall and tall a bit forceful but no suggestions. Truly, Mark
