Behind Every Tear (A Quatrain)

 

Behind Every Tear

 

Behind every tear there is a dark cloud.

Behind every smile there is sweet sunshine.

Behind every path there are many miles avowed.

Behind every life there are two souls by love's design.

 

For every tear you shed I wish you only smiles,

for every smile you give  I wish you  all the more,

for every path you take I wish you only happy miles,

for every life you live I wish your soul the wings to soar!

Behind every life there are

Behind every life there are two souls by love’s design. As much as I don't like to admit to being mushy,(:-) I firmly believe in this. The style suits the theme. This poem carries some very simple statements and a lot of truth. Kaz It's impossible to smile on the outside without feeling better on the inside.
