i see you
we are the same age
yet, you seem so
much younger
your are so innocent
i, on the other had
have done and seen
too much for any
one human being
you are so eager
to start life
while
i'm so eager
to let mine go

Good to here from you Crying Pagan

You have said so much in 14 lines I wish some how I had these words when I was a younger me,to pass along to my peers.Sometimes our peers think they need to impress us,by doing the things others have done that are shady.I have let this happen among friends and peers.You can make a difference,you are with this poem. Don't cry alone Pagan I want to read more of your poems. You have a perspective on your generation. In ink, David ps a polish will make this poem a five. (had) (hand)cap the eyes.
