Finding Love (A Quatrain)

Finding Love

When the air gets so thin and I can hardly breathe,

when time and space no longer exist, you persist,

when all my thoughts are of you, of you I seethe,

I live, breathe, eat and sleep, for you only I exist!

I cannot make the world a better place without love,

without someone special to call my own ever more,

to be with in body, mind, heart and spirit, all thereof,

in harmony with passions arising from my very core.

Making love to the mind and heart to one ever so dear,

giving rise to passions of the flesh as bodies enmesh,

entwining souls as bodies, minds and hearts do sear,

become one sweating mass entangled for life to refresh!

Holding each other in arms and mind, freeing the souls,

becoming as one, yet free to be a loving you and me,

you-me-us weathering life together free of all controls,

living, learning, loving life and each other to be more free.

Finding love is not easy, it comes when it is meant to be,

when two souls meet in passing on life's loving journey,

seeing the light in one's eyes sparkle meant for only me,

a giving and receiving of life's blessing with love eternally!

ancientone this is nice

It was fairly easy to move through this. There is a spot - second stanza third line. >to be with in body< I had to stop there because I was expecting "within body" so you might want to try something there like ; or - or change it somehow (it is a tripper) I enjoyed reading this. If you make any changes please message me. Truly, Mark
