I don't disagree, It is not Americans,; it is the human race, That was my point quoting Russell. My first point was the irony that "we do everythig the best." I take ths with humorl especialy during election season.
No offence, my friend. I just got verbally beaten up by a neighbor of "anther" party", who t old me that for an intelligent man, I was really stupid voting for......
The question for me goes beyond cuntry or politics, I just wonder how we all survive oursselves.

To be a world power it comes with the territory that you are despised.
We had to give the world back as it was becoming a burden, lol
The main trouble was that all the world map was becoming Red and that was gripping peoples shit, so bit by bit we gave it back, to those we thought it belonged to.
We made many mistakes in that handing over, as in most cases the wrong people took over.
Look at what has happened in Africa, just a bloody mess, but it is about time that the Americans realised that there is a future for them if they get in there properly and sort things out before the Chinese do..
South America the same a load of Drug barons and such a beautiful new world.
Get out of these stupid man eating places like the middle East the oil will turn to useless Desert very soon and then you can turn round and say we gave our soldiers for that..
China is a world power due to sheer numbers and production at the moment and they are beginning to move out into the rest of the world, or hasn't America noticed.
Us in the UK are spent out, we did many things in the world some good and others bad.
Germany is once again taking over Europe without war Take note and act likewise.
One other thing, To be Great you have to look after your own people,
this I think the UK has to a certain level, but it is a great lesson to learn by,
