Has anyone noticed?
As anyone noticed lately ‘
How time is speeding up?
An old friend of mine says
it’s the detrition of the time continuum’ ?
I got up one day last week
made breakfast
Had a shower
got dressed
Just in time to see the sun set!.
When I was young
I remember one day
it was the school holidays, June
I went in the woods, to play,
That day lasted three n’ a half weeks!

Whew’
I was glad to get to bed that day.
Now with all the uncertainty in life,
days and nights fly by
I have some crazy dreams!
I sometimes dream that Im a chicken
with a razor knife taped to my throat,
all my Starving friends and associates just walk by
nod ‘ and say good day,
but for some reason,
I feel so insecure!
Id feel suspicious!
If I had time!
But lately
I found a solution
I play my old videos
On slow action
Im just up to my wedding day!
Thursdays I stop!
And quickly head down to
Draw my aged pension.
Don’t young people move
So slowly!!!
