Different worlds

So much is written, carved or etched in stone,
so many lies and lies within us lie,
buried inside like poisonous temptations!
For different worlds we march to war
and die!

Apathy fills the air,
we fear the sound we hear when nothing happens.
Still,
the burdens laid upon our shoulders
will get us grounded to a different world.

And nothing ever happens
when there’s no purpose to be found
in disarray.
We’ll come to learn what simmers in ourselves:
Our different worlds
rest broken on some mad men’s shelves,
bound to decay.

So lay the bricks of knowledge
and whisper to your kin behind the walls we built:
Our different worlds
are but illusions
crowded in some mad men’s guilt.

Apathy fills the air,
we fear the sound we hear when nothing happens.
Still,
the burdens laid upon our shoulders
will get us grounded to a different world.

Let’s cease the madness, so feed the tantrum
and bathe in sunlight - embrace the air.
With great apathy comes death:
It’s the choice of those who bolster
different worlds caught in a snare!
