cover me in the richness of soul
in highest hopes or deepest woe
in empty darkness, in heaven's glow
full of wonder, filled with hope
cover me here and now
beneath blue skies, behind the plough
over yonder, above a cloud
beyond forever, inside a sound
cover me for it is true
love is blind, love is cruel
love is fine, love is blue
love is master, love is you
cover me where i roam
where mountains climb and rivers bow
