Good Evening to all
I am writing this blog for myself and for others. I just wrote a poem about going around in a circle. Much like what has been going on at Neo. As I have shunned from most adversities going on I feel compelled to say what is on my mind this evening. You may take this blog however you wish but I will remain true to it and myself, and to my cause here. I am not looking for accolades in any sense of the word. I am speaking myself and my heart tonight.
I will just state how I feel and let it roll. I have been here for several months and know at this present time I know I am here for a reason, No it is not to become an AEC member or any other position available to me. That will come in time when I am ready for it. What I have to say may make others not understand or care. For this is not my concern, don't waste your time in arguing here on my stance here. and my blog..
I will only say this once and for all. I myself have been thinking alot about Neo and will say this, this site is a very good site and with all that the volunteers do in a course of a day should no one be upset with any of them. I am appalled how the site is being treated at this present time. I have had my share of differences in here and only from learning from it all, have I come to my own feelings about it.. No one in here deserves to be mistreated and yes I do agree their most definetly has to be guidelines and rules. I think as a member here tonite that anyone who discourages one another or has so many different qualms about this site should step back and think before they speak.. When people get together and put a site up as this one, to meet and greet so many different writers from around the world , have given their time and energy and have giving each one of us an opportunity to share our work across the seas and all the world I find it very distasteful how some are treating this site.
We owe all of them a great thank you for all they do. If not for them we would not have all met and shared our talents and/or our gifts with one another. I am very thankful for the opportunity to learn here and share my gifts with others. I have come along way in my thinking of Neopoet and I can assure you that I will do my hardest to encourage and implore others to step up to the plate, without discourse and discord and to let the ones know the good they have given to us all here.
I will say this as bluntly as I can but with no offense to anyone. Of course I know allready the rebuttals I will get from this blog. I do not care of your negativities for I am a positive force in all I am saying here tonite. I find it very disheartening that the owners of this great web site and the volunteers have had to deal with. I support them and my blunt comment is this...If some folks are so unhappy here and complain every minute of something or other maybe it is time for you to move on as the internet has scores of poetry sites and not one like this unique one has.. Why one would want to come in here and try to ruin this site is beyond me.
Everyone that has contributed to this site I feel needs to receive an apology from some members here. It is not fair to those who do love to come in here and write to have to endure the wrath of others. Like I said there should be no tolerance for such behavior as I have seen in here lately. This is my opinion, I stand by it. I will adhere to it and I hope that the part of the community that has driven this site to discord will discontinue your goings on and own up to your actions. Try to have respect for the site and all it is given us. I know I do.. This is all I am going to say on it. I speak from the heart tonight and my mind and only for the good of this site I have come to be associated with and grown to care for very much. And I speak of truth here and love.
