still a glitch with member only post?

It says in the scroller for My Buddies' Activity that heart_in_motion wrote Winds Of Love. I clicked on the poem, and it popped an access denied message. When you go into his profile, that poem doesn't show under his works list. Is this a continuation of the member's only glitch from before?
