Having a lot of trouble with this....

A few days ago, a couple of lines popped into my head. I wrote them down, but haven't been able to expand on them - nor do I know what to call it. Any suggestions? I'm willing to do a co-write with anyone that would make good sense out of all this. Thanks in advance for any help. I'll write it straight through with no formatting. Here goes:
