Your own Workspace on Neopoet
As a feature for Premium membership how about your own Workspace where you can keep drafts, ideas for poems and notes for research. It would have links to online dictionaries, encyclopaedias, thesauri and rhyming dictionaries.
You could limit who can view this area to yourself, friends only, premium members only or general view.
Wotcha reckon? I think it's a bonzer idea, and we desperately need more Premium Members

Workspace
Excellent Idea, I have my own web site where I am putting all my work at the moment, and it has the same facilities as you are suggesting here for Neopoets.
I find this type of workspace Ideal for all uses especially for stories that can be built up before launch or just the normal run of poetry.
A quiet place to go to work, away from the daily rush to complete things and a safe place to keep things..
Yours Ian.T

It will be a Premier member's feature, Loved
we all understand that poets are usually poor, so we understand if you can't pay the fairly small price, I think, of about $44 a year.
Please remember that this site has been paid for out of pocket by Andrew and Paul since it started and Premium memberships and contributions have come no-where near covering those costs. I would love to see them make a profit for their work and vision, but that's just not going to happen unless people pay.
I live on a subsistence income and still manage Premium membership and donations when I can afford it.
Come on, cough up!
cheers,
Jess

Excellent idea,
I was thinking today there should be a place, a private place
where a member can leave themselves a note, work on a writing
project or whatever without leaving it out there for everyone to see,
and look, its already on the table ...
Not sure I agree it should only be for premium members, but it isn't
something we've had before so I suppose you can't miss what you've
never had.
A workstation or virtual tablet ... love it !!!

Great idea
I think it would benefit site a lot. At the rebuilding of the Neopoet I thought a workspace like this would be appealing. I have a Wordpress site for a few years now and finally figuring out what and how I wanna use it as a platform for all my work and ideas just this week. im there all day lol. Learning and developing it my way. I was premium for a year and hope to contribute again soon. I found joy in giving back monetarily Neopoet.

Lonnie
I met a church Mouse yesterday, he asked if I wanted to Borrow some money for The season, or even to join such a group as the Premier Neopoet's.
I said to him, well seeing that this Conception was of an immaculate place to play in, well the mind just boggled, as I thought of that other time this happened, he said I didn't really understand what was going on so I just left him there and went back to my Dark Room, I am waiting here for a miracle to come forth or any other number..
I still bow to the Idea that it is a great Idea La La, Sparrow

Workspace idea maybe Poet'sSpot, PoetNook, PoetSpace, etc
I mention idea similar back when we relaunched New Neopoet after it crash. I visioned it to be similar to Fbook for poets but differed in that its your own space where you write, accept poets friend, sibmit your work to the stream, workshpps etc. My son created similar website similar to fbook but for music. Helium.Com did a wtiter's WWS writer workspace i enjoyed but they are non longer bc the publishing company that bought them closed their doors. It was fun being there that short time. They ended last December 2014. Just a idea i had when Andrew ask for ideas bf the actual relaunch

LOve the idea
I, for one, and perhaps
Among many,
Raise my hand
To join the party.
A little room,
I call my "office",
Such a dream!
Such a bliss!
I am but a nobody,
Poor I maybe,
But for the love of poetry,
I have spared some pennies.
(You get the picture. I am still in the process of poetic "rehab" after many years of not writing poems or struggling over writing a single one.)

Additional suggestion...
It would be great if we could upload a picture of our choice as a background of our workspace to add color and vibrant to it.

You can add links to photos at a lot of places
like Facebook, Pinterest, Minds etc however we keep Neopoet purely text apart from your pic so it relies purely on your words.
and you can customise your colour scheme and layout as well as other features and supporting Neopoet by getting Premium membership

Adapt ""POETRYVIBE, "Style As A Break Through With Poetry
"tell stories, to help us understand how other people tell their stories, to connect and inspire and at the end of the day, it does something very special. It brings us peace. We can say that we never held on to the words. We let them out in the universe for the universe to answer our calls. And no matter what answer we receive, we still have our faith that we did the right thing.
We want you to understand that your words have feelings, that you being part of another poets words has meaning. That we are all here because we are a part of something. The better word to use for it is a "movement." The poets will always stand tall because they understand that alone they can defeat one, two, or three men but with the right words, they can change the world."...poetryvibe (C)
