DEEEEEP RE SESSION WHAT!

Autumn leaves
but gradually
when you are depressed
think of the bare tree
deserted by every leaf
till winter comes and goes
it then only mercilessly snows

let it be so
you just participate
another fresher golden leaf
as spring
springs in

O lalalalaaala

This time of year is when I start to slide into my depression deeper. I’ve been feeling it for about a month but it’s growing. After the holidays I’ll be at my worst. I’ve got like a billion projects going so hopefully being very busy helps but I also have a difficult time stopping and resting which really doesn’t help.

I’m going into this winter from a different headspace though and maybe the weather in my mind will be gentler.

With the love and adoration you deserve
Well done
Tim

With the love and adoration you deserve.................................

AVOID DEPRESSION
we all have PROBLEMS
If you want me to highlight
say so
many are jackasses
you know
To keep out of the rut
keep mind active
under
YOUR OWN CONTROL
others will vanish
why feel alone

Hi, Lovedly,
I like your analogy regarding trees. Today I took a long walk through the woods and was struck by the stunning beauty now visible since the leaves have fallen. Knots and holes in the trees, along with gnarls and squirrel nests, moss and quirky twisted branches - all imperfect and wonderful and beautiful. The bark of trees is now open for view, dark and rich, or white and stately like the Sycamores. Anyhoo, like the crazy gal I am, I hugged a huge tree, thanked it and vowed to visit again. Throughout the winter, I'll need it as a companion and friend.
Thank you!
L
