Hi Cat

Sorry been travelling and a friend is terminally ill so i have been dealing with this so do not know if he will survive he broke his hip in december a large gentleman a fellow artist. His hip not healing too well he has lost so much weight and cannot walk without the aid of a walker if that his strength and balance are aweful. I returned to England in June only to find a phone call from his brother to say he has fallen again and broken the same hip but when then investigated it they found all the new tissue had grown back cancerous? Apparently he had given up smoking about 20yrs ago but the cancer had matasiside in his lungs. He had not had any respirtory problems and never new. They have removed the bone from the knee to the hip and inserted a rod etc so he is still bed ridden he has had heart problems so do not know from day to day how he will be. So i have not written any poetry for some time but had done some Art Work mainly Portraits i have lots of commisions etc.

I have been invited to Las Vagas with the International Society of Poetry in July 2008 so i hope to attend this depending on my friend I have to work full time so getting time is not always easy.

well my friend sorry if i have neglected all of you for a while but you are all in my heart so hopfully i will get inspired soon.
