Sex Ed from Dad (when we were young and full spirited)

Do not go down the riverside
It’s where by luck all do abide
Keep her in a trance
Keep it in your pants
And keep a hat on it, outside

I am deeply sorry if I speak out of line but I kind of get the feeling he is showing things he shouldn't in public?
I will wait to hear more, I didn't want to pass this by I love your work.

Thank you...Teddy

Kinda goes like this..umm NVM lol
I can say that when me or my brothers took a girl out my dad would say "Keep a hat on it" meaning he didn't wan t us to be daddies at that time.
The riverside was where all the 'action' was.
Best be prepared when taking your date there (or keep in in your pants)
Later,
Mark

Oh I see, LOL oh I am relieved

So it's a gentleman's poem

Few, maybe you need a stanza like this
my dad used to say to us.

As a woman I read it wrong (sorry) I get it now.

Thank you...Teddy

bros don't come in each other's way
stay far away

so my bro left me bereft
30 years
just now he passed away

hope not in distress
was suitably dressed

before in an incinerator
he must have been compressed
well dressed

with Teddy, you need a line in there to let people know that it is something Dad used to say. I wish that I had had a Dad to tell me that. Mine never had any advice for me. "If you want to beat a hang-over, beat an egg in your coffee and take a couple of asprin" and it was something I observed, nothing he told me. ~ Gee.

Isn't that cheating a bit, putting something in the title. I love the idea of dialog from your dad, I like your poetic heart because you write your thoughts in a raw mannor as i do sometimes, I just wonder if I could be cheeky and ask for more of your poetic heart in here?

Thank you...Teddy

Dad always said
Don't go down the riverside
It’s where by luck all abide
Keep her in a trance
and
Keep it in your pants
keep a hat on it, outside.

A women's view. XoxoX

Thank you...Teddy

I don't see why the title would be wrong although it is someone else's style that I do rip off at times hmm..
I really need to be careful about leaving the Limerick style though. (even though it's not a true Limerick)
Let me see what I can do hmm
Thanks, you are valuable,
Mark
