Servant Of The Kill (by: eddy styx) revised

Servant Of The Kill

coming into
the sultry season,
I've lost my way
but not my reason.

now a man
of middle age
who has controlled
his primal rage.

I used to kill them
all too quickly,
painting walls of blood
with broad strokes, thickly.

I stalk the night
patiently, ever
shadow-obscured
I shall forget them, never...

their faces burned into my brain
and more than this
their screams of pain
this, to me is perfect bliss...
a Servant Of The kill,
my only name!

* by: eddy styx who is my MALE, murderous, malevolent alter ego who writes dark poetry. (fantasy)

COULD be a woman's name. Short for Edna lol. This is as dark as eddy ever gets. Well done. BTW please tell eddy that there are a few politicians I'd like him to meet lol

the name "eddy styx is kind of a play on words, lol... eddy, as in a small whirl in the flow of water, and styx as in the river Styx. thanks for reading and commenting . I really appreciate it.
