REQUIEM

REQUIEM
We are frail and faulted creatures
each of us set to implode as designed
never to know, when, where or why,
subjected to a random act of violence
of Time in medias res...
but we are feeling creatures
of a tender heart and a knowing mind,
interlocking souls whose spirits intertwine
and when one of us dies, a part of us
must die too..

I am here always,
maybe one day just in Spirit, but we will know that in the light, we shall be able to talk in words or think.
If you are in need then we are here to give, if you don't need we are here to share.
Take care young traveller, the journey will become beautiful, but who dares to say when,
Yours, as always, Ian

Temperatures here minus 11 degrees Celsius
but feels like minus 20 degrees

iced not in snow
but fridge

Loved welcomes the poet fraternity
at twenty minutes passed midnight
to feel the minus 30 chill
bring a blanket or woolen quilt...
If you are not strong built

Joe I will lend you don't worry

Wish I could. Am housebound./

So very true my friend, Regards Roscoe...

Roscoe Llane,

Religion will rip your faith off, and return
for the mask of disbelief that's left.
