One day I woke up
To the most beautiful revelation
That somehow, unseen and unheard
The life I so desperately sought
Engulfed my very being
It walked through once closed doors
Sat on the couch and reclined tired feet
“It’s been so long, It said.
“Tell me what’s new.”

It’s hectic around my house these days. Tougher to write in the unquiet. Been doing a lot of painting that is also distracting me. I hope you like this one.

This made me smile. I bet it made you smile, too, writing it! It wonderful to catch up with ourselves after / during the business of life.
