NARCISSE

In cool waters calm and clear
I seek the reflection
that is truly me.
and deeper I delve
into my mind so still
I drink the visions
of my other self
my soul
my ecstasy

Beautifully penned

I saw a snap of such a person
in the nude
lying along the waters edge
appreciating his persona
and said
none like me ever
shall this earth tread
and then
he rolled over
fell into the river
and
was dead..
wonderful ..

deeper I delve

deeper I delve
into my mind so still
to drink the visions ?

Not fond of "truly me"
but when the sound connects with the ecstasy it wraps it in neatly.

That I love me so much, that I cannot look into a perfect mirror, as it will reflect my faults being that I think wrong.
Should I therefore find a perfect mirror, I should then approach it with humility and a meekness, that only a pure Spirit should guide my ways.
A fear welled up that my future journey would be hard and then I heard someone say "It is the most beautiful pathway that even your purity could never build", Take care young man we all must journey on,
