My Travels

My travels start
Right here
Deep in my mind,
My travels take me just where
I please, I don’t have
To leave my warm room,

My travels start,
Sixteen, sun
Beating down,
Sinatra’s crooning Jobim,
And I’m just dreaming of my
Great romance to come,

I don’t need a little ticket,
Tells me I can take the train,
I don't even to risk it,
There’s no blistering sun,
Or driving rain,
And it’s here that I remain.

Ah, today you're just playing. I have been reminded of how nice the weather is in London lol, or at least how it used to be, cold wet and better to be inside! I like this as always, you bring memories to my mind. I used to get whooly hats for my birthday as I got older in my 20's the weather was different towards October, seemed to be warmer. You brought my childhood with this. Sir your second stanza is a bit shaky read it and see. No offence but it reminds me of the way I speak Italian. I'll be back. Ps I couldn't afford to use British transport now it's shocking.

Thank you...Teddy

It's a song lyric, dating from 2003, it should have stayed that way!

So maybe use the notes under to say that it's intentional , then you won't get nagged! Have a good evening Sir. Just a tip.

Thank you...Teddy

Just road testing my last few pieces here to find out what to keep and what to discard, then I will have run out, and will make myself scarce.

Thank you...Teddy

I'll think about it.
