My Love

My love will always be
My love is for eternity
My love has always been
My love is thick and not thin
My love is alive and exist
My love is for you not to miss
My love is from start to finish
My love is a bliss with just a peck on the lips
My love, I insist
My love is enough
My love will make you tough
My love is always there
My love is strong you may feel scared
My love is not going no where
My love is true to the end
My love hopes to run into you my friend

This is strong words: Almost every line has this possessive word, " my love"! Truly, this indicate a relationship of possession in a broad sense. Strict ownership! What a beautiful affirmations?'

"By virtue of creativity, my literary genre is poetry".

I would change the line that says: "My love is not going nowhere". Which is precisely where it is going with that sentence!
My love is not going nowhere. How about; "My love isn't going anywhere"? Geezer.

This must be the place, 'cause there ain't no place like this place anywhere near this place.

Of that double negative. You could correct it as Geezer says which would probably be prudent. “My love is alive and exist(s)” is likely a typo.

I do want to bring into the conversation the topic of colloquialisms. I’d argue that one of America’s greatest writers, Mark Twain (Samuel Clemens), was the master of colloquialism and he may have worded that line as such…

“My love for you ain’t going nowheres” and it would be on required reading lists.

I do love your poem about love.

But Geezer is right.
