THE KEY OF SUCCESS

The key of success
is the gift of success.

Unlocking the doors of success
and revealing the new world of success.

It's a gift of nature
awarded by the Supreme being of nature

to a fortunate human being destined for success.

The key of success
is the everlasting gift of success.

Unfortunately your poem lacks poetic properties as it states an obvious generality that could be expressed in a few prose lines like those below.

Welcome! and please be assured all the comments I make are done with humility and understanding the the great depth of feeling a poet brings to a work.
After reading your poem, I do not know what success is to you. It is so many different things to so many people, so dependent on their fate in life. To some success is just getting to live another day with a terminal disease, to others it's getting invited to a dinner party.
And it can be done though metaphor...success is LIKE...rather than just stating it.
I think it is a great subject to consider.
Interesting that Hugo is one of your favorites. Can you read him in French? He's one of the few writers I always mention when discussing prose writers vs poets, as one is almost always better at one than another. James Joyce's poetry...awful! But Hugo broke the mold.

I am eleven and don't know what I'm talking about (just a warning), so don't take this the wrong way, I'm just trying to help you. I have been on neopoet for one day, and poetry is very new to me. However, I do know some things. First, success does not rhyme with success.
Second, if your goal wasn't to rhyme success with success, it's still very repetitive.
Third, success sounds really weird when you say it a lot.
Anyway, good luck!
