I want to wear bandoleros
to work
be a bandido
dancing a dangerous bolero
through a growling fanfare of gunsmoke
a desperado
living outside someone else's law
one step ahead
of my overly enculturated
conscience

Brittle Light
Good use of words in this one to describe a bad thought lol.
Really in this day and age they will tap into your computer and assess the risk from you lol, Yours Ian.T
PS:- your user Name I wonder seeing that light is deemed to have mass at what temperature does it become brittle?????? Could it be at the real Absolute Zero??? It is something to ponder as light is in motion then Zero must be some place else
.

maybe I should have used a different pronoun i.e. "she" or "they" .
the story would not have suffered, and I would have not sounded like a lunatic (of that variety, at least)

as for my neopoet handle "brittle light" , it is more about the light of insight being fragile, and easily shattered before a full grasp of its intent. I know not of its phisicality!

Just playing with words on your Handle, yes I see the reason behind the name and well chosen for a poetry site.
As I deal a great deal with insight, and many things that follow the thoughts that people have and the way things happen in there, it is not that fragile.
You have only scratched the surface of an astounding world that you hold in your hand as you hold it out to your fellow people..
