Complex Persecution:
Insecurity
Imperiling sovereignty
With impunity
Last few words:
As long as political parties with chips on their shoulders control the policies, programs and the power there will continue to be concerted, chaotic and criminal use, misuse and abuse of shared resources and undermining sovereign states leading to cycles of conflict. Peaceful and rational campaigns to remove the criminals from power will bring about an end to the culture of conflict.

Appreciated your take on the Rhyku and your reasoned reasoning.
Two sides to every coin and sometimes the dice are loaded on behalf of the powerful who can get by after committing crimes against powerless civilians and still manage to paint themselves as the victims fighting a terrible evil. There needs to be one standard for all crimes and one punishment for all criminals.
Disinformation is displeasing to distressed dissenters.
